Thinking about counselling?

Are you feeling low, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns that aren't working for you? Counselling offers a place to speak openly, make sense of things, and find a way forward.

We'll work together at a pace that feels right for you, exploring not only the difficulties you're experiencing, but also the patterns, relationships and experiences that may lie beneath them. I won't impose answers or tell you how you should live your life. Instead, I'll bring curiosity, thoughtful reflection and, where helpful, gentle challenge to support you in finding your own way forward.

A bit about me

Prior to studying integrative psychotherapy in the UK and completing postgraduate counselling training in Australia, I had an extensive international career in scientific research, government, consulting, and thought leadership. My studies span physics, law, public policy, Jungian psychology, and philosophy, and I remain committed to personal growth through ongoing therapy, study, training, and clinical supervision.

As a result, I bring relational warmth, therapeutic skill, and broad life experience to my practice, along with a deep interest in how people make sense of themselves and their experience of the world around them.

Why work with me?

I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, sexuality and identity, addiction, loss and life transitions.

My approach is relational and integrative, drawing on person-centred, existential and psychodynamic perspectives. Together, we can explore not just immediate difficulties, but the deeper experiences and patterns that shape how you understand yourself and relate to others.

Whether you're seeking support with a particular challenge or looking for deeper, longer-term self-exploration, the relationship we build is central to our work.

What to expect from counselling

A space to be yourself

Counselling offers an opportunity to speak openly, without judgement or expectation. You don't need to have everything figured out, or even know where to begin. We can start wherever you are.

A conversation with depth

I'll listen carefully, ask questions, offer reflections and, when helpful, gently challenge you. Together, we can explore not only what's troubling you, but also the experiences, relationships and patterns that shape your life.

A relationship that supports change

Meaningful change takes time, and there is no prescribed path. Whether you're working through something immediate or exploring deeper questions about yourself, we'll work collaboratively, at a pace and depth that feels right for you.
